Priority RewardsSM CashPointsSM Terms & Conditions
  1. The PlusPoints Program is comprised of merchants (hereinafter "PlusPoints Business" and "PlusPoints Businesses") who have agreed to participate in the PlusPoints Program and award Bonus CashPointsSM to First Hawaiian Bank Priority Rewards Credit Cardholders who purchase goods and/or services from them pursuant to the terms of their individual offers.
  2. Payments for purchases at participating PlusPoints Businesses must be made with your First Hawaiian Bank Priority Rewards Credit Card.
  3. If any part of the payment to a participating PlusPoints Business is made with cash, check, debit card or by means other than your First Hawaiian Bank Priority Rewards Credit Card, you will earn Priority Rewards Bonus CashPoints only on the amount paid with your Priority Rewards Credit Card.
  4. Depending on the PlusPoints Business, only payments at specified stores, or for specified types of purchases, or payments up to specified amounts will earn Bonus CashPoints. Be sure to consult the PlusPoints Businesses listing at www.fhbrewards.com.
  5. The Priority Rewards PlusPoints Program is designed to award Bonus CashPoints to individual consumers who are current First Hawaiian Bank Priority Rewards cardholders as an incentive to patronize PlusPoints Businesses. First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group reserve the right to withhold the award of Bonus CashPoints where it is determined that the underlying card payment(s) represent payment(s) for commercial or other such purposes wherein the goods and services are not purchased, or paid for, primarily for the use of, or consumption by, the cardholder for non-commercial purposes.
  6. There is no limit to the number of Bonus CashPoints you can earn. In all other regards, Bonus CashPoints are co-mingled with your regular Priority Rewards CashPoints and are subject to the terms and conditions governing Priority Rewards CashPoints.
Bonus CashPoint Credits
  1. Bonus CashPoints are credited to the Priority Rewards Credit Card account shown on the front of your Priority Rewards Credit Card that you used to pay for purchases from PlusPoints Businesses.
  2. Crediting Bonus CashPoints to your Priority Rewards account occurs 30 to 60 days after you pay with your Priority Rewards Credit Card, net of any refunds or credits. In certain instances where a refund or credit occurs significantly in arrears of your purchase, you may see a Bonus CashPoints award credit posted in one month and a Bonus CashPoints award reversal posted in a later month.
  3. Upon crediting to your Priority Rewards account, Bonus CashPoints appear in your "Points Earned" page, which is available upon login at www.fhbrewards.com and can be identified by "PlusPoints" in the Reward Type column.
Bonus CashPoint Errors, Refunds and Retroactive Credit
  1. Refunds and credits against payments made from PlusPoints Businesses during the period that they are participating in the PlusPoints Program can result in reversals of Bonus CashPoints earned even if the refunds and credits are posted after a PlusPoints Business ends its participation in the PlusPoints Program.
  2. Such reversals show as a negative amount in your online Priority Rewards account history unless Bonus CashPoints earned during the same day from the same PlusPoints Business exceed the reversed CashPoints, in which case the Priority Rewards account history will show a net positive amount.
  3. In the event that payments to PlusPoints Businesses do not result in Bonus CashPoints earned 60 days after the time of payment, contact the First Hawaiian Bank Customer Service Center. The First Hawaiian Bank Customer Service Center can investigate such discrepancies for retroactive crediting up to 120 days from the date of transaction when you present the original charge receipt displaying the name of Business, date, charge amount, credit card number and authorization code, and the First Hawaiian Bank Customer Service Center is able to verify that the payment was reflected as a charge on your Priority Rewards Credit Card.

  1. Participating PlusPoints Businesses are subject to change at any time. Visit www.fhbrewards.com for the most current listing.
  2. First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group reserve the right to change the program terms and conditions at any time without notice. First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group will not be responsible in the event of Acts of God, fire, casualties, strike, Business closure or other actions taken by participating businesses or other events beyond the control of First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group.
  3. The First Hawaiian Bank PlusPoints promotion is solely owned and operated by First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group.
 

*CashPoints have no cash value except as described in the Priority Rewards Program Agreement. First Hawaiian Bank reserves the right to cancel or change the program at any time without prior notice.
