Priority Rewards PlusPoints Terms & Conditions
- Payments for purchases at participating PlusPoint Partners must be made with your First Hawaiian Bank Priority Rewards credit or debit card.
- If any part of the payment to a participating PlusPoints Partner is made with cash, check, or by means other than your First Hawaiian Bank Priority Rewards credit or debit card, you will earn Priority Rewards PlusPoints only on the amount paid with your Priority Rewards credit or debit card.
- Depending on the PlusPoints Partner, only payments at specified stores, or for specified types of purchases, or payments up to specified amounts will earn Priority Rewards PlusPoints. Be sure to consult the PlusPoints Partner listing at www.fhbrewards.com.
- The Priority Rewards PlusPoints Program is designed to award PlusPoints to individual consumers who are current First Hawaiian Bank Priority Rewards cardholders as an incentive to patronize PlusPoint Partners. First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group reserve the right to withhold the award of PlusPoints where it is determined that the underlying card payment(s) represent payment(s) for commercial or other such purposes wherein the goods and services are not purchased, or paid for, primarily for the use of, or consumption by, the cardholder for non-commercial purposes.
- There is no limit to the number of PlusPoints you can earn. In all other regards, PlusPoints are co-mingled with your Priority Rewards Points and are subject to the terms and conditions governing Priority Rewards Points.
PlusPoints Credits
- PlusPoints are credited to the Priority Rewards card account shown on the front of your Priority Rewards credit or debit card that you used to pay for purchases from PlusPoint Partners.
- Crediting PlusPoints to your Priority Rewards account occurs 30 to 60 days after you pay with your Priority Rewards credit or debit card, net of any refunds or credits. In certain instances where a refund or credit occurs significantly in arrears of your purchase, you may see a PlusPoints award credit posted in one month and a PlusPoints award reversal posted in a later month.
- Your PlusPoints appear in your Priority Rewards online account at www.fhbrewards.com as a lump sum for each posting month aggregating PlusPoints earned during that period from all participating Partners. To view a detailed breakdown of your PlusPoints by date and PlusPoints partner, you will need to go to PlusPoints History on www.fhbrewards.com.
PlusPoint Errors, Refunds and Retroactive Credit
- Refunds and credits against payments made from First Hawaiian Bank PlusPoint Partners during the period that they are participating in the PlusPoints program can result in reversals of PlusPoints earned even if the refunds and credits are posted after a PlusPoints Partner ends its participation in the Program.
- Such reversals show as a negative amount in your online PlusPoints account history unless PlusPoints earned during the same day from the same PlusPoints Partner exceed the reversed Points, in which case the Plus Points account history will show a net positive amount.
- In the event that payments to PlusPoint Partners do not result in PlusPoints earned 60 days after the time of payment, contact the First Hawaiian Bank Customer Service Center. The First Hawaiian Bank Customer Service Center can investigate such discrepancies for retroactive crediting up to 120 days from the date of transaction when you present the original charge receipt displaying the name of Partner, date, charge amount, credit card number and authorization code, and the First Hawaiian Bank Customer Service Center is able to verify that the payment was reflected as a charge on your Priority Rewards credit or debit card.

- First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group reserve the right to change the program terms and conditions at any time without notice. First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group will not be responsible in the event of Acts of God, fire, casualties, strike, Partner closure or other actions taken by participating Partners or other events beyond the control of First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group.
- The First Hawaiian Bank PlusPoints promotion is solely owned and operated by First Hawaiian Bank and Pacifica Group.
